Packaging Tips:

• If your object is fragile, wrap it carefully in protective packaging (such as a bubble bag).

For ashes, place them in a sealed zip bag or any other airtight container.

• Inside the package, include a note with your name, complete address, phone number, or email (printed or handwritten in legible capital letters).

Ashes Quantity:

• We require only a small amount of ashes—no more than what fits on the tip of a butter knife.

         Please avoid sending more than necessary; any excess will be returned along with your      encased object.

Final Verification:

• Before shipping, we’ll send you a photo of the package for your confirmation.

Once verified, we proceed with the process.

Processing and Delivery:

• Our skilled artisans take a maximum of 7 days from receipt to create your custom resin piece.
• We ship via Royal Mail UK, free of charge, to the address you provide.

We recognize the emotional significance of your object, therefore, we offer an exclusive service completely free of charge but only at your specific request:

We can retain a tiny amount of the ashes and If delivery fails due solely to Royal Mail’s fault, we’ll create a second product and send it to you at no additional cost.

If successful, we’ll scatter the remaining ashes into the sea—a symbolic tribute.

If you’re looking for a brand new table or countertop, we’ve got you covered.

Here’s how it works:

You choose the dimensions you want.

We order the product directly from your preferred store to our workshop where

our skilled artisans pour the resin and create a masterpiece.

We ship it to your doorstep, hassle-free.

The price includes:

Product will include: Material expenses (no hidden charges), Labor costs (based on size and complexity), Shipping fees (as requested by the delivery company).

Bonus: In some areas, we can handle delivery ourselves or arrange for convenient pickup.

Refurbishing Existing Countertops:

Have an existing countertop that needs a fresh look? We’ve got the solution.

Our process:

We’ll carefully remove the countertop from your location, transport it to our workshop, refurbish it, addressing any imperfections.

Then, we reinstall it, good as new.

The price covers:

Round-trip transportation (we’ll try our best to handle pickup to minimise the costs), Material expenses (no sneaky markups), Labor costs (based on size and design complexity).

                    Design Options available:

You can choose from three exciting design options:

1. Sticker Application:

Pick your favorite sticker (self-adhesive, 3D layers, wallpaper, or even your own photos) from the company we are working with or elsewhere;

We seal it with transparent epoxy resin or add a touch of glitter for extra flair.

Pricing varies based on sticker choice, size, and quality.

• Direct Resin Application:

We apply resin directly to the table top, creating patterns (example: black backgrounds with golden marble-like veins)

Prices depend on color selection (intense colors will require more pigment

And metallic or pearlescent pigments are pricier than plain colors)

   3) Full Resin Table tops (Small Sizes only like coffee tables):

Let us craft an entire table top from resin (usually transparent, but we’re open to creativity) and Incorporate objects for a personalized design.
